The top frame is made of closed sections with the aid of jigs. The dimensionning is calculated according ti individual loads applications.

The solid steel scissor units is manufacttured with a high degree of safety in order to achieve maximum rigidity for support and platform guiding. In order to fulfil their guide task special attention is paid in design to ensure maximum transverse rigidity.

The Base frame is designed as a selfsupporting unit. Subsequent grouting for support is not rerquired.

The loading eyebolts fitted to the base frame enable safe handling of the lifttable.

The quick-change support of the hydraulic cylinders developed by LAWECO distinguishes itself by providing excellent maintainability. This makes it possible to achieve very low standstill times when the hydraulic cylinder is installed and/or removed.

The antifriction, maintenance free and nitride hardened rollers run on wear rails in the top and bottom frame. The seals used are suitable for a wide variety of operating conditions.

LAWECO lift tables are equipped with generously dimensioned maintenance supports. These are connected to the lifting table by means of hinges to ensure that key.

The levelling and anchor plates arranged on the base frame make it possible to align and fasten the lift table without additional shimming of the base frame.

All bearing points in LAWECO lift tables are designed to be maintenance free. Furthermore, all joints are equipped with spherical bearings (pivoting bearings) that can compensate for offset loads and deflection. The seals used are suitable for a wide variety of operating conditions.
